HerGame – Parent Terms & Conditions Thank you for choosing HerGame. Our mission is to deliver fun, inclusive, and empowering football coaching for girls. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. By registering your child, you agree to these terms. 1. Contact Information Hayley Anderson – Founder & Head Coach 📧 hergamefootball@gmail.com 📞 07449 931278 2. Coaching Sessions Sessions may run during school time, after school, or holidays. Led by qualified, DBS-cleared female coaches. Players must arrive on time, dressed appropriately, and bring water and any required medication. 3. Registration & Consent Online registration is mandatory prior to participation. Forms must include emergency contacts and medical details. Children cannot join sessions without completed forms. 4. Drop-off & Collection Children must be signed in and out by a responsible adult (16+). Notify us in advance if someone else is collecting your child. Coaches may retain a child on-site if collection safety is uncertain. 5. Health & Safety All venues and equipment are risk-assessed. A qualified first aider is present at each session. Parents must inform us of any medical conditions or injuries in advance. 6. Behaviour Policy We promote respect, inclusion, and teamwork. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may lead to temporary or permanent exclusion. Parents will be notified of any behavioural concerns. 7. Safeguarding All coaches hold enhanced DBS checks and safeguarding training. Concerns about a child’s welfare will be handled in line with local safeguarding authority procedures. 8. Photography & Media Photos/videos may be used for coaching or promotional purposes. Media consent is requested during registration and can be withdrawn by emailing us. 9. Payments & Cancellations Fees are payable in advance per term, block or indivdual session. No refunds for missed sessions unless medically certified. If we cancel a session (e.g. weather or illness), a refund or reschedule will be offered. 10. Equal Opportunities & Inclusion HerGame welcomes girls of all backgrounds and abilities. We aim to accommodate additional needs where possible. 11. Complaints Procedure Concerns should be raised with the Lead Coach Hayley Anderson. Formal complaints via email will be acknowledged within 48 hours. 12. Agreement By registering with HerGame, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions. Your support helps us create a safe and empowering football environment for every player.
